MindZen: What’s Next? From Experience to Action
After months of exploration, testing, and collaboration, the MindZen Project has reached an important milestone — the development of the digital toolkit and the successful implementation of national multiplier events across partner countries.
Youth workers, educators, and young people have already tested the toolkit in practice and shared highly positive feedback about their experience. Overall, the toolkit was perceived as clear, practical, relevant, and easy to apply both in professional settings and individual practice.
Key survey insights
🔹 Most participants rated the toolkit clarity between 8–10 out of 10, highlighting its user-friendly structure and accessible methodology.
🔹 Approximately 75–80% of respondents confirmed that they would be able to directly use the toolkit, or parts of it, in their work or practice.
🔹 Many other respondents stated that they are planning to use the methodology in their future educational, youth work, or wellbeing activities.
🔹 Participants described the toolkit as clear, accessible, and practical, with strong potential for adaptation across different organisations and cultural contexts.
🔹 The combination of traditional mindfulness practices with digital and VR-based elements was perceived as innovative and engaging.
These results confirm that MindZen is not just a concept — it is becoming a practical, scalable, and innovative approach to supporting youth mental wellbeing through mindfulness, creativity, and digital experiences.
