Erasmus+ project MindZen officially launched!

Erasmus+ project MindZen officially launched!
In June 2025, partners DayCape (SE) and Motyvaciniai projektai (MPRO, LT) kicked off the Erasmus+ project MindZen.
The main ambition of this project is to enhance young people’s (aged 18–25) emotional well-being and cognitive stimulation through an integrative approach combining traditional meditation practices with innovative VR meditation experiences.
1st Transnational Partner Meeting – Vilnius, 31 Aug – 02 Sep
Partners gathered in Vilnius to align project goals and activities. During the meeting, they:
Shared experiences in VR, meditation, and emotional well-being methods
Showcased VR hardware & software (Mpro presented their VR-work)
Discussed participant recruitment strategy (criteria & outreach)
Designed the 2-day pilot meditation workshop
Took part in field visits to explore VR in real-life contexts:
Antėja Clinic – VR headsets are used in medical settings to help patients reduce stress, overcome fear, and manage anxiety during procedures. The medical team presented both the benefits and challenges for healthcare staff.
HexaCinema – partners tested VR experiences for mindfulness and immersive relaxation.
